Mayroong galak, kapayapaan
Ang puso ay mayroong layang
Hilumin ang sugat ng hidwaan
Mayroong biyaya at pag-asang
Alay sa bawa’t kapwa
At ang mundo ay gagawing isa
(Koro)
O ating pasalamat ang Ama, Anak at Espiritu
Kaisa ni Maria’y aawit:
Buksan ang puso at mga mata sa biyayang sa ati’y dulot niya.
Kahit iba’t-iba, isang pamilya.
Walang tanikalang magbibihag sa puso ng bawat isa
Pag-ibig at pag-asa ang madarama.
Panahon ng Dakilang Saya!
Manalangin tayo at magpuri
Sa Diyos na naglalang
Nagdulot ng biyaya sa mundo.
Sa naliligaw gabay ang dulot
Ilaw siyang magniningning
Pag-ibig ng Diyos ang daramhin

Today I have a new job, but it is to format the entire computer in our area which is in the CGEH, it is a part of this institution in which student can use their internet account in which they have paid. I admit that it is not so easy to format a computer because you should have a presence of mind before you can do this because always remember that computer is not an inexpensive thing which cost only a hundred but it cost a thousand. Especially its hard drive. Because if can’t format it very well and then you say to your computer bye2x. So that’s why it is so important in formatting a computer that you have a presence of mind if you’re going to this kind of job. I am so tired now of formatting this entire computer here I don’t know what to do. Because it is so many and they have a different system board and chipset. So before UI can format them I have to look for their drivers first. But still it is ok because I know that it is part of my training here in this institution and I know that I can learn a lot from this job not only on how to format a computer but also on how to repair a computer on my own.
Economists including a former socioeconomic planning chief on Friday warned that the rice imports of the National Food Authority (NFA) could cost the country P100 billion in losses by 2010.
Felipe Medalla, former National Economic Development Authority chief, said that the losses that are being incurred by NFA in its rice importation would not be different from billions lost by other government-owned and controlled corporations such as the National Power Corporation which reportedly cost the government almost P300 billion in losses. The government is looking at importing 2.2 million metric tons of rice this year, the highest in thirteen years. Medalla warned that importing during a time when the price of rice is high will result in a deficit instead of a gain. "Noon kasi mura ang imported na bigas kaya tayo nag-iimport, pero ngayon mataas ang price. So if you buy more malulugi ka..," said Medalla. If the country continues to import more, the former socioeconomic planning secretary said, the NFA deficit might reach P100 billion in 2010. Hard to stop But it may be hard for the government to stop importation, Medalla said, because some individuals or groups are benefitting from 10 to 20% kickbacks. He said that he cannot say who should be investigated but he points out that the alleged rice crisis should be watched closely by the public. Meanwhile NFA spokesperson Rey Estoperes admitted that the agency would incur a huge deficit due to rice importation. He said however that this is a "global phenomenon". Estoperes said that one way to prevent incurring such a deficit was to stop conversion of agricultural land to other uses as well as increasing land available for agriculture. Estoperes said that while he could not react to Medalla’s comment on allegations of kickbacks from NFA’s rice importation he encouraged the monitoring of the open auction conducted by the agency. Decades of neglect Meanwhile a study by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific has revealed that persistent poverty and widening inequality in the region are the results of decades of neglect in agriculture. The study showed that despite having the fastest economic growth enjoyed by the region in a decade, 641 million or two thirds of the world’s poorest are in the Asia Pacific region. The study added that much of the poor are in the rural sector, who relies on agriculture for their source of livelihood. In the Philippines, around 70 to 80 percent of the population relies on agriculture. The study came amid signs of a rising food crisis. Rising food prices, like rice, are being felt across the region due to the demand for biofuel. Some farmers are shifting to planting corn which is a source of ethanol, in turn hurting poorer farmers who are unable to adapt their land to biofuel crops due to lack of resources. That is why the study points out, it is important for Asia-Pacific countries, like the Philippines, to invest on increasing local production. Source: www.abs-cbnnews.com
Oh my God I really failed to pass my compre exam and now I dont want to expect I can stay here in this institution or either in this program. Because the policy is if we failed to pass that exam we are no longer now to stay in IT which is my course, I really dont want to expect that I did to pass that exam because it is so impossible and I want to ask question to you o Lord that it is necessesary that you give me this kind of trials oh my God why? But still I dont want to lose my faith to my God because if it is your will, I will accept it no matter how hard it is. I really can’t for got this day that it became the end of my career as an IT student. But I want to transfer to other school. And take this course again. Becasue I know that I can do it. But I know that even though I failed but still it is a lesson for me.
NEW YORK - Wall Street shares declined Thursday as a government report confirmed US economic growth slowed sharply during the fourth quarter of last year and as Oracle’s results disappointed technology investors. Although somewhat dated, market participants said the moderation in fourth quarter growth, to an unrevised and tepid 0.6 percent on an annualized basis, renewed lingering angst over the world’s biggest economy. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 36.71 points (0.30 percent) at 12,386.15 at 1523 GMT. Technology stocks bore the heaviest losses in the wake of Oracle’s earnings update late Wednesday, as the Nasdaq composite fell 27.04 points (1.16 percent) to 2,297.23. The broad-market Standard & Poor’s 500 index slipped 4.36 point (0.33 percent) to 1,336.77. Despite the pullback, some analysts expressed confidence that the sharp stock market depression of recent months could be ebbing. "Our financial system has been through a serious test and it takes time to heal those wounds and restore confidence. The good news is that we are in the healing process," said Al Goldman, a chief market strategist at AG Edwards. While more recent economic reports than the gross domestic product (GDP) survey continue to post lackluster readings, some economists believe the nation’s housing downturn could be showing signs of stabilization. A growing number of economy-watchers, however, believe the economy has fallen into a recession since the end of 2007. The government’s final report on fourth-quarter GDP left its prior estimates of 0.6 percent unchanged, as had been widely expected. The government revised some of the report’s inflation gauges to show price pressures were not as strong as previously assumed. Federal Reserve policymakers, led by central bank chairman Ben Bernanke, have aggressively slashed the short-term federal funds rate to 2.25 percent from 5.25 percent since September in a bid to keep growth shored up. The central bank’s rate-cutting drive has, however, been complicated by rising inflationary pressures, particularly as crude oil prices have surged above 100 dollars this year. Some analysts believe this will make it harder for the Fed to continue slashing rates although Bernanke has said that he expects slowing growth to temper inflation pressures. Oracle Corp.’s shares were under pressure after the company said its fiscal third-quarter profits rose 30 percent to 1.34 billion dollars, but revealed sales that fell well below most analysts’ projections. The business software giant’s shares were 7.5 percent weaker at 19.37 dollars. Clear Channel Communications, America’s biggest radio station operator, was also in focus as its proposed buyout by a two big private equity firms looked to be in jeopardy. A group of major banks, including Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and the Royal Bank of Scotland, are seeking to withdraw funding for the 19.5-billion-dollar buyout, but Clear Channel and the two private equity firms, Bain Capital Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners, have gone to court to force the banks to support the deal. The radio and media group’s shares were up 11 percent at 29.90 dollars. Bond prices were mixed as the yield on the 10-year US Treasury bond fell slightly to 3.492 percent from 3.494 percent Wednesday and that on the 30-year bond rose to 4.359 percent from 4.330 percent. Oh my God tomorrow is the day for our comprehensive exam. I hope that I can made to pass this exam so that I can proceed to second year. I promise that I will do my best to pass this exam so that I can made to finish my studying in this institution. But I think it is not so easy just like what I am thinking as of now, Because it serves as our selection exam in which all the student that can made to pass this exam cannot made to get next year that IT course in fact they have to shift to another course oh my God. I have to get more than 80% so that I will remain in my course no matter how difficult is the exam but still I believe that I can do it. Even thought sometimes I can think negative suc as I can’t made to pass this exam but still I know that I can made to pass this exam.

It’s a time of joy, a time of peace
A time when hearts are then set free
A time to heal the wounds of division
It’s a time of grace, a time of hope
A time of sharing the gifts we have
A time to build the world that is one
It’s the time to give thanks to the Father, Son and Spirit
And with Mary, our Mother, we sing this song
Open your hearts to the Lord and begin to see the mystery
That we are all together as one family
No more walls, no more chains, no more selfishness and closed doors
For we are in the fullness of God’s time
It’s the time of the Great Jubilee
It’s a time of prayer, a time of praise
A time to lift our hands to God
A time to recall all our graces
It’s a time to touch, time to reach
Those hearts that often wonder
A time to bring them back to God’s embrace
It’s the time to give thanks to the Father, Son and Spirit
And with Mary, our Mother, we sing this song
Open your hearts to the Lord and begin to see the mystery
That we are all together as one family
No more walls, no more chains, no more selfishness and closed doors
For we are in the fullness of God’s time
It’s the time of the Great Jubilee
Open your hearts to the Lord and begin to see the mystery
That we are all together as one family
No more walls, no more chains, no more selfishness and closed doors
For we are in the fullness of God’s time
It’s the time of the Great Jubilee
It’s the time of the Great Jubilee…
